Ownership Representation Influence
Sharing in the future of Arsenal Football Club

Monday 15th October 2018 - 18:30

The meeting will focus on reviewing the Kroenke takeover including:

  • The legal advice the AST took on the possibility of legal challenge to the takeover - and why in the end action couldn't be progressed
  • What happens next to Arsenal's corporate structure and Boardroom membership
  • The implications for financial reporting and accountability at Arsenal

Other issues to be considered will be how the AST will operate following the forced purchase of our shares in Arsenal and our role going forward. We will table a draft paper on this at the meeting.

We will also be joined by Daily Telegraph journalist Jeremy Wilson who writes regularly about both football and governance issues at Arsenal.

All members are welcome to attend. You can also invite a friend or guest as long as they sign up to AST membership head of the meeting.

Please note that this AST meeting is taking place at law firm CMS Cameron Mckenna Nabarro Olswang LLP at 78 Cannon St, London, EC4N 6AF. Please report to CMS reception on the first floor of the building which is right above Cannon St underground station.
